Are Lil' Wayne's (old) STRAPPED condom ads being cease & desisted due to the shit looking super homo, or for actual legal reasons? I mean, why sort me out with a C&D on some shit that's being promoted on loads of websites? I won't hyperlink them, but anyone with a brain can find a multitude of sites with the previous ad, which many people considered to be downright, um, homo.Notice the new image, right? Lil Wayne is a homo. And fuck his lawyers for sending you that C&D too. You didn't create the fuckin' ad. Did they send that C&D to XXL for originally posting that homo ad?

yeah i was kind of taken aback - its not like i jacked the pic from their server, uploaded it and was like "ha-ha"... i saw the pic, posted what i saw, and commented - which many others did. the email was a BCC i believe.. i don't know, the whole thing is homothug to me.

Don't know if you got one, but over at Highbrid Nation we got a cease and desist from Strapped Condoms telling us to take down the ad with Lil Wayne, to never say anything bad about them again and to not even link to other sites with the ad. Of course we had a nice little laugh. Then we published the cease and desist and wrote an open letter to Strapped just to show the world how stupid they are.
