CNN is reporting that Michael Phelps is sorry for his "bad judgement" in being caught taking a few bong rips last year. What I'm saying is, while it was probably a bad idea, this nigga has how many gold medals? Especially in a year where the US was fucking up all over... a nigga can't get his puff on? In these economic times, if you are in the situation where you can celebrate, especially when you've rep'd our country to the fullest, go ahead and take a full pulls. Take one for me, Mike.
