Cymarshall Law Is Outta Control

Jersey's Cymarshall Law has been raw; we've known that. It's dope to see other outlets, especially the legendary Rap Is Outta Control show on Shade45, giving him the time to shine. He recently visited with Raf Almighty, and while Raf goes for his during the first minute of this clip, CyMar goes dumb for almost two minutes. Styling, punches, he's got it all. Wifey and I have been watching a fuckload of those FBE "React" channel episodes where the adults and teens they have on the payroll have to guess songs by a few seconds of audio. The other day, they played Ed Sheeran's "The Shape Of You," and while I couldn't figure out the name of the song, I knew I was a fan of the track...which was kind of surprising?

Almost as surprising as NJ's Cymarshall Law going for almost three moments over this slinky riddim about, what else, shorty who he's eyeing. Truth be told, if you're trying to holler at shorty, you might need to commit some of these lines to memory. She'll be impressed. Damn near as long as I've been blogging, I've been rocking to Cymarshall Law's music. Part of that is because we rep Jersey on the regular over here, but the flip is that he's just nice, and his new album proves it. The Rhythms & Poems of Solomon Prince is written and produced by Cy himself on some Spike Lee shit, and if you need a heavy dose of that real, he's got you covered.
