Cy Yung "Da Hollywood Shuffle": I know, I just posted "The Death of Cy Yung" last week, and now I have some new sounds from the Soul Train Dancer: A Tribute to Rosie Perez album? Yup. J. Slikk shot an e-mail over last night featuring "Da Hollywood Shuffle", as well as three more snippets (download everything HERE); word is that A Tribute to Rosie Perez is about 90% done (cover and promo materials are done, with vocals about 90% complete, waiting on features and final tweeks), and is set to drop on November 9th, 2009. It's been four years in the making, so I hope that this is finally dropping.
