Do you remember the first Wu-Tang Meets Indie Culture compilation? It had some pretty ill tracks on it, with Wu-Tang members (and affiliates) with a bunch of featured guests. It looks like there's a second compilation, dropping in conjunction with FrankRadio and iHipHop Distribution, and it takes the Wu-Tang sound into the dubstep realm with Wu-Tang Meets Indie Culture Vol. 2: Enter The Dubstep. Now, you know rock the dub is all about the Hip-Hop/dubstep hybrid sound - its what I thrive on - and even I was a bit skeptical about this. You be the judge. I'm not mad at it, but I'm guessing the real flavorful shit is on the full release. Expect to hear remixes and interpolations from dubstep producers like Scuba, Parson, TRiLLBASS, Dakimh, DZ, Rogue Star, Stenchman and Datsik, with a bevy of Wu-Tang MCs and affiliates. Pre-order this now; it drops in stores on November 10th.
