Zinc "128 Trek"

Zinc "128 Trek": If you're like me, you remember Zinc's mighty "138 Trek", a melodic banger that helped usher in the next phase of his production, showing his skills at slower-than-Jungle BPMs. This was followed in 2001 by "174 Trek", which flipped the original into a DnB zone. Now, with the release of his Crack House EP, Zinc's dipped into the slower BPMs again, this time crafting this anthem in his new found "crack house" experiments. I'm told "crack house" fuses house, dubstep, and a Jungle aesthetic. For those who have wondered where Zinc's gone, he was out making some house he could feel.

The Crack House EP features Benga, Sweetie Irie and others, and is definitely a treat for those who get excited over open experimentation by one of the electronic dance music scene's finest shapeshifters.
