I am so sad to say that Isaac Hayes has passed at age 65. I really grew up on his music, getting turned onto his music from my mom, her boyfriend and from my Uncle Allen. Black Moses was that shit, and lived on through tracks from Portishead, Dead Presidents soundtracks, South Park and just with that timeless Soul he crafted. Rest in power.
