Tone Liv "The Bark": Another tough one from the Rap Mayor. Second single from Jersey's Junkyard Dog, which I have high hopes for. After finally getting to meet Tone at last month's Garden Variety, I became a fan all over again. Dude's a character, but he's also a genuine guy, and I was really impressed at not only how ill his live show was, but how easily he marinated from chillin' to rippin' mics.
