Sometimes, I have to applaud intent over execution. I'm not always a fan of Dregs' tracks, but I respect where he's coming from. That's one of the things with more "underground" ish - you have to live without the reckless abandon someone like Lil' Wayne or Rawse could perpetrate over fire-hot beats.
