I was never that into Curren$y. I heard both Pilot Talk albums and thought some of it was cool ("Audio Dope II", etc.), but listening to Curren$y was kind of like smoking with Curren$y - I'd get too high in the beginning, then midway through the session, I was ready for a nap. When I heard he and Alchemist had an EP dropping today, I was definitely intrigued. Then I heard "Scottie Pippen" and was in awe. Amazing track, although I have a feeling that if Spitta was spitting on anything other than ALC beats, I wouldn't be so into it.
