Joell Ortiz & Dave Guy "The People (Remix)" (prod. by Sean C & LV): RTD recently celebrated five years of doing the damn thing, and one guy I need to shout is STS, as he’ll hold the distinction of dropping the first freestyle that included “rockthedub” in it. Over a MF Doom beat. WAAAAY before a lot of you guys picked up on his bars. Since then, he’s gone on to do a LOT of things, including linking with the Money Making Jam Boys and being featured on the latest album from The Roots, and recently the “G.O.L.D. Edition” of his Demand More series dropped, collecting all of the original recordings off the entire series, and this remix is the icing on that cake. Nice way to close out that chapter, nahmean?
