Here's the 2nd edition of Whygee & Sunkenstate's Suicide Watch trilogy; I've been privy to hear this come together, and the whole batch of tracks they worked on are fire. I hipped you to "Black Superheroes" a minute ago, but you need to get involved to tracks like "Tears Of The Son", or "Whoodyalso", which is just one of my favorite sax-laced beats in a bit. If you dug Suicide Watch, peep their evolution.

Whygee passed this to me earlier today; word is that this is a collection of four-year old Sunkenstate tracks. If these are four years old, a lot of you so-called forward-thinkers need to hop into the Delorean and catch up!
I dropped "Black Superheroes" back in March, and Whygee just hit me with the artwork for the follow-up to Suicide Watch. I got to hear some snippets from this badboy, and I must say - the niggas have come correct. Dope beats + ill rhymes = a no-brainer. Keep it locked for this one, which should be dropping in June! Shouts to Attention Deficit Media for the ill artwork!
Don't you love when a plan comes together? In looking back over past e-mails, it seems as I first discussed the idea to flip Fossil Fuel into Offshore Drilling with Kid Hum back in December of 2008. Six months, that's a decent turnaround time, no? In that timeframe, I've been thoroughly amazed at how slick the tunes coming in have been... I'm always amazed when an idea comes to fruition. I would like to say this is all my doing - I just played middleman, sowing seeds and contacting heads. I want to shout out EVERYONE who contributed to this project, from Hum being so receptive to the MCs hitting us with some explosive material to the various websites who've helped spread the word on this endeavour. Whygee & Sunken State "Black Superheroes" (prod. by Nigel One): Wow. This jazzy headnodder is taken from the forthcoming Suicide Watch 2 project that will be dropping digitally in the near future. Whygee & Sunken State already ripped The Suicide Watch EP (which is set to be re-released, digitally, on RTD Records), and are hard at work on parts 2 and 3. From what I understand, Kid Hum isn't the sole producer, but with cats like Nigel One keep supplying these niggas with heat like this, all is VERY well!
