Here's a Look at the Artists Performing at the Jersey Fresh Jam 2015

This one snuck up on us, huh? Tomorrow afternoon at TerraCycle in Trenton, the Jersey Fresh Jam celebrates 10 years of bringing hip-hop, graffiti, and positive vibes to the city of Trenton. You should already be up on who's performing this year, but if not, I put together a quick playlist featuring the live acts who will be doing the damn thing. We're talking eight hours of music in the city... get ready!

The god Venomous2000 is back with a huge 26-track release featuring a number of my favorite NJ heads, including Rhymageddon, Mr. Fickle, and others. Some real hip-hop shit for the heads wondering where the sound went.

Jersey Fresh Jam 2013 (8/10/2013): Official Flyer

Everything you need to know about the 2013 Jersey Fresh Jam is right here. The official Pre-Party/Vicious Styles Crew art show goes down at Gallery 219 in Trenton on August 9th. The Jam take splace at Terracycle in Trenton on August 10th from 12PM-6PM, with over 50 artists painting live, as well as a number of live performances from Black Collar Biz (with the Blackout Kings), Tone Liv, Molly Rhythm, Rich Quick, and plenty of others, with the official Jersey Fresh Jam Afterparty going down at Artworks in Trenton that night. There will be a food drive to benefit Mercer Street Friends, and it will be a dope-ass event all around. Hit up the Facebook event page to get more info and let the folks know you're coming out. Jersey Fresh Jam 2012 Set Times

On August 11th, the Jersey Fresh Jam is going down. I'm going to be out there early, live-blogging on this very site throughout the event. I saw Kasso posted the set times for the performances, and wanted to throw them up here, just in case you are planning on coming out and wanted to see when heads would be performing. Not sure if this is subject to change, but consider it law for now.

Jersey Fresh Jam 2012: Official Music Line-Up

I ended up not making it to the Jersey Fresh Jam last year, and hear it was hectic. With word of this year's line-up touching down already? I can't wait to check it out! Hosted by this cat Outburst, who I met last weekend at the Garden Variety and is a good dude (and featuring DJ Ahmad on the decks), this year's line-up is insane. Biz Mighty, Black Collar Biz, Venomous2000, Mortal Shellz, Yasin, King Don, Surg & Hellfire, Rich Quick, Mr. Fickle, FEED, Skrewtape, Physical Graffiti, Tone Liv, Emcee Jermaine, KV AND Rhymageddon?! Feels like a "Best of Garden Variety" thing for REAL! If you want to see what that real Jersey Hip-Hop is like, come out to the Jam this year (August 11th) and be amazed.

This project has been a thing of comedy. It should've been out before 2012 even hit, but I was looking for either proper versions of tracks or promised jawns. Had to let this one go - the idea was too good. I broke the (skewed) science behind the title in the liner notes, and won't go into it all here. Featured artists include Rhymageddon, Mr. Fickle, Rickie Jacobs, AWKWORD, BURNTmd, Touchphonics, Daniel Joseph, Dutch New York and more. A hair under 45 minutes or so. Fucked up part is, hulkshare wasn't letting me upload a .zip (or a .rar!) to their site, so the punchline got merked. Sharebeast, thank you.

Shouts to everyone who came through to the #GardenVariety show in Trenton last night. Had a nice crowd dumb early, and cats like Rich Quick, Skrew, Black Collar Biz, Mr. Fickle, Moe-Fit The Phenom and King Don set the show off right. There were some cats who got on the mic that I wasn't feeling, but Self set shit straight - he has some ideas that I truly hope come to fruition. As does Kasso. And Tone Liv, who I spent most of the night with cracking jokes and breaking down WWE shit. Random. As per usual, I've posted pics on Facebook, and after the jump I have some BlackBerry footage of Rich Quick and Black Collar Biz performing.
