David RUSH "Twitter @ Me"

David RUSH "Twitter @ Me": Here's the third twitter anthem I've gotten in the last few months. The odd thing about this is a) dude speaks about more than just twitter, and b) I don't know if this cat truly has twitter, as all I got was a MySpace page! I guess you can't win 'em all?

Anyways, RUSH is signed to Pitbull's Mr. 305 imprint, represents Jersey and has a single out ("Shooting Star") featuring both Kevin Rudolf AND Pitbull. Plus he has a mixtape (Moon Muzik) coming out later this month. Keep it locked!

moron. His twitter link is a) on his myspace page as a link and b) has the same URL as his myspace page. You obviously aren't very good at research.

that's ridiculous, though. he does a song called twitter at me... but doesn't mention his twitter address? but made sure to big up his URL? you don't find that odd...

why should i go out of my way to find a twitter address for a guy who couldn't put it in his track? are you him?

I'm not offended by the lack of easy to find twitter, though he does mention the address in the song ("DavidRushOnline at the every url you can find")

I'm more offended at the kabillion rap cliche's in 5 minutes or less.

"What's good"
"You already know"
"Hit me up"
"Let's go"
"I'm on the grind"
"What is is"
"What it do"
"Gettin' money"
"Feel me"
Boss, nice, slang, I'll be typing forever if I list them all.

The song is just okay, his rapping is kind of bland actually.

By the way, it's "Tweet" at me.

gotta love the lack of new slang. we need a new swagger... or not.

I like the song alot. The beat is new and spacey. it shows musicianship thru the chord transitions. and not to offend anyone but, slang to me means nothing in music. I think that your reaching for criticisms when thas the best critique you can come up with. Good Song I am a fan of David Rush. His second street album "Feel The Rush" Hosted by DJ Noodles is amazing. Check it out if your a non believer. The guy can sing and rap.

I like the beat alot. Granted the verses aren't super lyrical, however I don't think the song calls for it. Its a "pay homage" to the internet era of promotion track.
and i've heard his previous album Feel The Rush and its off the hook. Lots of versatility in this guy. And I do believe he is signed to universal republic as well as pitbulls label.
Shooting Star is number one in Miami.
