Looks like there was a reason Pitbull got 0 promotion: TVT Records was in the ruins, which explains their recent Chapter 11 filing. President's Day turned into Firing Day as a load of employees got the can today. I actually remember getting into them via more Electronica/IDM cats (I might still have a sampler cassette with Autechre's "Eutow" on it), and groups like Nine Inch Nails, KMFDM, Revolting Cocks, Emergency Broadcast System, Coil, Underworld and plenty of others used to drop tunes on TVT before it got known for being the label that Lil' Jon made crunk.Is this a warning sign to other smaller labels to prepare for the worst?
