Not only will 50+ graffiti artists (from Jersey, as well as up and down the East Coast, I believe) be painting live throughout the day, but there will be DJs Ahmad, Brown 13 and D-Shott providing music. Invited artists performing this year will include Pryme Prolifik, Slim DSM, Black Collar Biz, Rhymageddon, Surg & Hellfire, Skrewtape, Mr. Fickle, Venomous2000 and plenty more!
Word from Kasso today is that there will be a Food Drive going down. They are asking that you bring some non-perishable donations, which will be given to Mercer Street Friends (and ultimately forwarded to TASK, women's shelters and even directly to Mercer County families in need). Hopefully the mixtape that I've been compiling track for will be available the day of as well. Come out - I'll be there. Say hello, take some pics, and enjoy some proper elements of Hip-Hop live and in color. CNN and other publications were out there documenting last year, and every year the JFJ gets larger, so be prepared!
